emotionally or physically? i guess it doesnt really matter anyway they both work the same. first of all figure out exactly what u want to change. then write a list of small goals that will help you to change. are you shy? a goal could be to walk up to a stranger and strike up a conversation for example. dont like the way a part of your body looks? lets say your butt is too big for example. set a goal to excercise a few times a week. also another good strategy is to figure out exactly what you want and then every night before you go to sleep and every morning when you wake up picture yourself being that way
