Unless the system has been upgraded, it'll still use R-12 refrigerant, which is extremely hard to find, and extremely expensive since it is no longer manufacturer. All new cars use R-134a refrigerant as it doesn't degrade the ozone. Take the car to the dealer, because you can't buy refrigerant without a licence, and if you had the licence, you wouldn't be asking this question.
