How do you cheat at governor of poker?

In tournament play, while the dealer is dealing the cards, type pokerten, then hit enter. You may have to do this several times. When you get a king of clubs and an ace of clubs, you know you have it. Just keep betting, you'll get a royal flush every time.

This does work, but there are a couple of precise points at which the pokerten must be typed.

1: When the dealer is has gathered the pile of cards in front of him, wait until he pulls the stack towards himself, then type pokerten. If you get a K and A of clubs you're good.

2: Wait until your turn, then before you hit call or raise, type pokerten again, then hit call or raise. You'll know you've got it when a 9, J of clubs, and 4 come up.

NOTE: Do not click away from the screen during a hand, or it will mess up the cheat.

That's it; wait for the royal flush.

Be careful, when you press "P" it will pause. Have a look at the discussions and answer the question

NB - this cheat only works in some of the flash versions of the game on certain websites. It does NOT work on the versions of the game which have the pause function. (And this includes the downloadable version) addictinggames.com has a version that is compatible with the cheat.

Once activated, the cheat seems to fix every person's hand with your hand being a royal flush. Usually the other hands are no good, so the AI players do not bet big so you end up winning by taking the initial bets only. Tedious! Its easier to play the game.

P.S- If you are playing the downloaded version, you would fare better if you download Cheat Engine. It is a programme that allows you to change values in the game (your money for example). An example of it can be found on the internet! Look it up.

You should not cheat at this game though... it is fun and cheating (i did) makes it boring...
