what would you check it for? If it is just a filter change. Pop the hood, look to the right side. There is a black box with a 3 inch diameter tube coming out of it. That's it. To take the cover off you need a 10mm nut driver to loosen all 4 bolts. then the cover lifts up, and you have just enough room to remove the filter, and check it.
