Although models may have variations in the process, the basic way in which a dishwasher works is by releasing detergent, which can come in several different forms, and rinsing/sterilizing the dishes with extremely hot water, before drying them.
While almost all new homes are equipped with a dishwasher, there is still a large stock of old homes that do not have a dishwasher. Installing a dishwasher is relatively easy for anyone who has a modicum of mechanical aptitude. The equipment that is typically needed to install a dishwasher are an an adjustable wrench, a phillips head screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, hose clamps, a set of pliers, a level, and a dishwasher line kit. A dishwasher line kit can be purchased at most hardware stores. It is important to make sure that the the electric lines are not energized prior to the start of the installation. This can be accomplished by turning off the circuit breaker that controls the electrical line that the dishwasher unit will be wired into. After removing the dishwasher from the package, the first step is to attach the drain hose to the dishwasher. The next step is to install the fitting for the water line. it is important to make sure the water line is tight; failing to tighten the water line could cause significant damage to the dishwasher and the surrounding environment once the dishwasher is operational. At this point, we are ready to fit the dishwasher into the space that has been prepared for it to sit in the kitchen. It is prudent to measure the distance from the floor to the bottom side of the counter; this is important to make sure the unit fits properly into the allotted space. Next adjust the feet of the dishwasher unit, and make sure to leave one inch at the bottom of the dishwasher for any additional adjustment and leveling. The dishwasher is now ready to hook up to the drain. Once the drain line has been properly attached, the next step is to hook up the electric and water lines. The installer will then use the leveler to make sure the dishwasher is level, and make any adjustment to the feet necessary to ensure the dishwasher unit is level. Once the machine is level, install the cover plate over the base of the machine. It is then time to turn the water and electric on to the dishwasher, and then test the machine to make sure it is working properly. If it is not working properly, consult the dishwasher owner’s manual for trouble-shooting tips.

A dish washer is almost the same as a clothes washer as it has the same concept however it washes dishes
Seriously? It's called a dish washer. It washes dishes.
yes you can use a dish washer by yourself or with and adult.
you can't wash clothes in a dish washer because it would not clean the clothes fully, maybe it won't even clean it half way.
It would be best if you cleaned it by hand. There is a good chance that a dishwasher will not get it as clean as you would like for it to be.

Loading a dish washer is very easy. You put dishes in the slots allowed and close the dish washer door.
