Most Tiburon and other sport car sites should have specific headlight cleaning details, but if you want to clean the inside of the lens, you'll need to remove it and either put it in the oven, or apply a heat gun to the seal.  Once opened, you can clean it with a rag and some plastic polish for lenses, and then re-seal it with a new tube of weatherproof sealant. 

You'll need to clamp it or hold it together for some time to insure proper seal.
