The best thing to use is a standard automobile paste wax. It cleans deep and leaves a like new shine
pour bleach on a cloth and scrub the wall vigorously and the beer will come out.

All you have to do is : get a wet paper towel and then wipe the wall down gently and if it is rough then scratch it off
use the Magic Eraser!! it actually works.
Just paint it white!!
