Spot clean the slipper with mild cleaner. It's important not to saturate it and definitely you should air dry it because the heat in the dryer could have a negative impact on the properties of the Tempur material. You can just throw them in the Washer but use cold water and DON'T throw them in the Dryer!

Great question well if you do not wash your feet it can get a really bad smell you might not smell it but others would and it can also get fungus
use a steam cleaner... and wash your feet.
