Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options. There is an option to clear out your history, as well as delete cookies and temporary files.

Hey y don u use firefox, just unclick some options and it will automatically delete the history 4 everything after every exit on firefox.......Firefox rules! i RECOMMEND this.
