If you have doubts in the relationship such as the one you have now, chances are your doubts are going to build up too much if you don't talk to him about it. With the doubts piling higher and higher, the relationship is doomed to failure anyways. Discuss your feelings with him and get some answers. If he doesn't give you a straight answer, he probably doesn't see what you're really worth, in which case you're probably better off without.
