How do you configure ADSL to connect automatically on start-up in Windows?

Answer

1- Open the "Internet Options" from the control panel. 2- Go to the "Connections" tab. 3- Select the "Always dial my default connection" radio button.

Now whenever a program needs to use the Internet it will connect automatically

p.s. you must be sure that the connection you want is marked "default connection"
