When you connect to your RCA plug connection at the back of a TV sometimes you need to set your TV to a different source than the ant or cable that is normally printed by the RCA plugs. They also have to be the inputs and not the outputs

∙ 12y agoBoth devices are sources, so you will need a TV with at least 2 video inputs, or a surround sound receiver. Plug the AV output cable to one input on the TV. Connect the Direct TV receiver to another input on the TV.

∙ 14y agoDo you mean to a TV? If so, there should be a manual, but it sucks. You might find something though. Anyways, just put the right fitting plugs into the holes that match it.
