Dear Larry King, I watched the Lou Dobbs This Week show on Sunday Dec. 14, 2008, with his guess Elizabeth Warren who expressed her inability to set forth a comprehensive plan to address the Housing crisis. Moreover, his segment on the War On The Middle Class where homeowners continue to find themselves re-defaulting on their mortgages after entering into a loan modification with their lenders' is on the rise. We have a second wave of foreclosures that will have a greater impact our economy next year as a result of the fallout from the Alt-A and Option Arm Loans that was generated in 2004 and 2005. I emailed a business model proposal outline that will give sound solutions to America's economic challenges. The reason I am confident that this business model can be that "single solution or magic bullet" that Chairman Sheila Bair of the FDIC did not believe existed is because it has been implemented on a smaller scale for years. As an entrepreneur and a practitioner in the area of real estate, Finance, Taxes and Business Strategy along with my legal background, I consistently deal with the stress and anxiety of the average American to find real, tangible solutions. The question I have is why haven't the government consulted real practitioners for answers? As I presented to CNN on Saturday Dec. 13, 2008 when I emailed (see attached email), I believe that the reason our New Administration has not made reference to these sound solutions is because the information is coming from a small business that does not have the President-Elect's ear or have access to him since I am an outsider, even though the proposal and all email communications has been sent to the Transitional Team and the President-Elect. I watch your show every night along with The Situation Room, Lou Dobbs and Anderson Cooper 360. I believe the power that CNN has as a media company that is number one for news can be effective in giving its views relief that solutions are being developed.
