Tried faxing to no avail. Called landline and they indicated they could not froward fax to Magicjack as they were only a domain provider. They indicated that if I forwarded a registered letter they would forward it to Magicjack.
This Magicjack is totally reprehensible when it comes to customer service. Once they have your money all your problems are directed off shore through their online assistance and they are useless.
Save your money because if you have a problem it is a ghost company.

I have tried for days to contact M.Jack wasting a lot of time and money. There is no way to get any help. If you are luck and get some one to answer the ph. it will be some one in the Philippines who can hardly speak English and are no help at all. I have been a M. J. customer for years and never before have I had so much trouble trying to get help. I tried calling the home office listed on the net and it is not longer in service.

How do you wire an RJ11 telephone jack?
To connect an RJ11 telephone jack, first, strip the telephone line providing the dial tone. Then, strip those wires to show the copper. Then, loosen the screws on the jack. Connect the red wire to the red screw, and tighten the screw. Connect the green wire to the green screw, and tighten the screw. Connect the black wire to the black screw, and tighten the screw. Connect the yellow wire to the yellow screw, and tighten the screw. If the wiring does not match the colors of the jack, then follow these steps: First, connect the blue wire to the red screw, and tighten the screw. Then, connect the blue/white wire to the green screw, and tighten the screw. Then, connect the orange/white wire to the black screw, and tighten the screw. Then, connect the orange wire to the yellow screw, and tighten the screw. Then, screw the jack onto the wall with the appropriate screws. Connect a working telephone to the jack, and check for a dial tone. If you hear a dial tone, then you have successfully connected all of the wires to the jack. If you do not hear a dial tone, check to make sure that all of the wires are securely on the screws, and that none of the copper has come off of the wire.

Hi Sonya, sorry for the delay. The answer, is yes. You will be able to hook up magic jack to your uverse router on phone line 2, and everything should work great. I would use the computer in phone line 1's room to connect to the router on phone line 2. If however, you have problems making the magic jack work with the uverse router (some people have) you will need to update your magic jack and router firmware.
