Hello. I have a child who is who needs the support of his father. I have four other children with a deceased dad, my husband, who are all older than this child. I have been searching for his dad for years. He is now a truck driver. He has been paroled to district 1. I have motioned my child support order back into court. The court date is set for April 17, 2012 @ 9am at the Markham Courthouse in Markham Illionois.

Depending on what the original crime was, the juvenile may be transferred to adult court. In the juvenile court system, things aren't black and white. The parole officers and the judges work together to try and figure out what the best course of action is for the juvenile. The odds of getting paroled again are very small.
