They exist in different realms, form or formless, seen or unseen, in different frequency, like the radio frequency where you need to tune in. Spiritual guide usually exist in a highly spiritual frequency which is pure and bright. Therefore, you need to be in that state of mind, i.e. you must be pure and highly evolved before you can contact spiritual guide who would alway advise you to do good, avoid evil.
