1. take a deep breah, and think over each of your feelings, why your feeling them, and how to fix the conflict your worrying about
2. take all your emotions, ball them up mentally, and throw them away.
3. Get some excercise (you'd be amazed how affective this is.)
4. think about how the other person your mad at is feeling.. or how people you know would be sad if you decided to mangle that inanimate object your holding above your head.
