I will assume here that the request is to convert
FROM: Cubic Feet Per Minute
TO: Cubic Meters Per Hour

STEP 1: You need to know (or look up) the following conversions:
1 meter = 3.2808 feet
1 hour = 60 minutes
----------------------------------------------------------------
From this information, if you start with "A" which is the amount of Cubic Feet Per Minute, then ...
B = A / (3 x 3.2808) = A/35.31 where B is now in Cubic Meters Per Minute and...
C = B x 60 = 1.699 x A where C is now in the desired units of Cubit Meters Per Hour
