If you type Mondi Baby in a search engine you will find their site (they are in Lombard IL). They have online insturctions and if it doesn't have the conversion instructions, you can send them a message from this site. I have recently purchased a Moni Crib too & don't have conversion instructions. I couldn't find them online so I sent a message to the company.

It is actually very easy! All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Unscrew the drop-side rail and take it completely off. Then take the mattress off, and lower the platform that the mattress sits on to the lowest level. That's it!

There was a recall on some cribs, and the site explains how to check the label for the affected dates of manufacture. Although the pamphlet for my crib was dated 1983, it was actually made in 1992.
