∙ 14y agoYou can click the file and press F2 to rename the file. Where it says .exe, change it to .bat.
If you do not see the file extension, you need to turn the capability on. This can be done from windows explorer.
Go to the folder options and click around to where you can see "view". There should be a box checked that says "hide extensions for known file types".
Now when you click a file, you will see the name and extension. i.e -----.exe
