Your question doesn't work. Gas expands to any size volume. So you can put a kg of gas in 1 cubic meter or 100000 cubic meters. A man is 155lbs- how tall is he?
A cubic meter is a cubic meter and that is world standard. There are no non-normal cubic meters or normal cubic meters.
