There are 2 ways to do this. The first one is to take the percent then just times it by 3.6 to get the degrees. For example you have 25%. 25 x 3.6 = 75 degrees.

The other way is by first turning the 25% into .25 then times .25 by 360 to get 75 degrees. It's pretty much the same really except the first one is easier. Hope this helps. Well it doesn't because 0.25 x 360 is really 90

Well, 360 degrees being 100% of a circle, just do the degree of the angle/360*100, if you're looking for a percentage of two angles just do the smaller angle divided by the larger angle multiplied by 100

You would not be able to answer that without having more information. A percent is a way of expressing a fraction. A linear length (which could be measured in millimeters) might be, for example, fifty percent of another length; But four hours is 50% of an eight-hour period, the persons living in England are about 84% of the people in the United Kingdom, or 46% of Christians are Catholic. In any case, a percent is a ratio between two numbers of the same unit.

Millimetres are a measurement of length. You can't express them as a percentage, which is a fraction or comparison. You can express one measurement as a percentage of another, perhaps that is what you mean? What percentage is 8 mm of 40 mm? Put the small number over the large one and multiply by 100:8/40 x 100 = 20 %.

You cannot.

A millimetre is a measure of length or distance. A percent is a pure number. If you want to convert a millimetre to a oercentage of some other measure then you need to specify that other measure.

How do you convert degrees into percents?

Don't know if there is formula for converting degrees to percent, but here's a thought: Imagine a clockface with just the minute hand. When the hand makes a full circle, it has traveled 360 degrees for 100% of the circle. When the hand points to 3, it has traveled 45 degrees for 25% of the circle. The 6 is at 180 degrees and 50%. The 9 is at 270 degrees and 75%. You could break it down from there.
