I'm a 12 year old girl who wants 2 be the best horse rider in the world! (YES HORSEBACKRIDING IS A SPORT try it sometime!) today i was at horsebackriding and my teacher asked us to post without stirrups (ya know da things u put your feet in?) posting is sitting up and down in the rythm of da horses trot which requires lots of lower body strength! anyways i would not give up and won with 4 other riders in da ring! its not about muscle, even though woman have more lower body strength!:).( they give birth.) the will 2 win is the key! The smallest seed will grow 2 be the biggest tree if given water and sunlight!
