15 or younger is far too early to date and it doesn't matter if "such and such's parents is letting her date." If you are 16 and older than perhaps you aren't acting as mature for your age as you should be. If you think their decision is so unfair then start acting mature and sit down with them in a calm and mature manner and ask why they feel this way. If you don't like the answer them CALMLY express how you feel and couldn't they meet halfway on you dating. Your parents love you and want to keep you safe. Parents know far more of what is going out there than kids give them credit for.
