Unfortunately, for whatever reason, your mother has chosen to believe the office instead of you. Even if you've had a history of cutting, the focus should be that you're not cutting yourself now, which should be evident by showing her your uncut body, and that should be all that's necessary to reassure your mother and to begin the healing of your broken trust. Worst case scenario is that you might have to be evaluated by a therapist and even possibly have a little therapy. If this is the case, no worry — most everyone could benefit from a little therapy. At the very least, you would be able to get some guidance on repairing your relationship with your mother. In time this will get better and might even just blow over.
