maybe you could tell her how nice it is, safe, wonderful, you really miss your sister,you are old enough,she can come visit,prove yourself to be responsible by helping out even when you are not asked do whatever you can that would help out around the place. mow the lawn or do dishes or clean.....ect:
You can add your sister that lives out of state. One of my personal favorite loan for this is the FHA loan. She will be classified as a "Non-Occupying CoBorrower"
