I usually lay mind in the roasting pan and cover with water with a little salt and pepper and slowly let it cook for about an hour at 350 degrees. This takes the excess fat off it as well. Before you take it out check with a fork to see that it is tender but not falling apart. After I do this and drain the ribs well I either BBQ it or do it under the broiler with my favorite BBQ sauce. Yummmm.

I usally put mine in a slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce and cook them on the lowest setting all day the meat is tender and falls off the bone.this is a good way to cook them if you are going to be away from home all day.
