There is a few different ways. First you can cook it in the oven on 350 for about 30-45mins. If you have beef cubs put a couple of those in there with water. Also you can put it in the crock pot on low for about 4hrs. Hope this helps you..

Cut the tenderloin into the slices or cubes you want. Set them on a large sheet of aluminum foil and fold it up to make a little package. Make sure no water can get into the foil. Start your steamer or double boiler; if you don't have either of these, you can add water to a frying pan and set a pie tin inside. Place the foiled package into the steamer or pie tin and cover. Bring the water to a boil and watch it, making sure you don't let it go dry. It shouldn't take long to re-heat the meat...no more than 10 minutes should do it. Remove the foil from the pan or steamer with oven gloves and serve. This method keeps the fresh taste, doesn't over cook the meat, and eliminates the crispy edges that often occurs when re-heating in the oven.
