the best,and not so fussy way is to coat in cornflour,put a little oil in a fry pan and cook on each side for a couple mins till its nice and golden on the out side.add lemon juice after and season.the skin isn't a worry as its not scaly so just cook as is

I usually let it thaw first, then cook it on 350 in an oven safe pan with a little liquid, until it changes color, about 10-15 minutes. It depends on how thick it is and how you like your fish. A great way to cook it is to toast some sesame seeds in the toaster oven, splash some soy sauce on the fillet and roll it in the toasted sesame seeds. Cook as above....ummmm tastey!
