Just buy another copy from the store. Copying movies, games, and music is illegal.

You need a plug in mod chip or solder in mod chip, depending on your ps1 model. Alcohol 120% is your best bet on copying games. You can take cd images you download and burn them to games or just copy your cd's. PS1 Emulators can run on either cd's or cd image files.
