To cut and paste an image from YouTube, you need to press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. This is located on the top right side of your keyboard, and is abbreviated "PrtScn". Once this is done, the entire screenshot or image will be available on your clipboard. You then need to open up Paint and paste the image into a new or open document. The next step is to save the document, then modify or trim the image as desired.
When you open a video page just see the top of the page on the browser, the URL showing there is your video link. Take your cursor there click once and then right click and select copy or (ctrl+C) and the paste it where ever you want by simply doing ctrl+V.
