Connect your iPhone to your computer and the iTunes window should pop up by default. If it doesn't, just open in manually. Once iTunes is open, the iPhone should start syncing music, apps etc. automatically. If not, click on your device on the left side in iTunes. Once you are on that page, press the Music, Apps etc. tab above the picture of your iPhone and make sure that the check box marked "Sync Music" or "Sync Apps" etc. is selected. If not, just select it and click on "Apply" on the bottom right of iTunes.
