How do you create Command Prompt files in the full-version of Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition?

Create a Shortcut to CMD.exe located in the System32 Folder below your Windows XP Folder. Right Click on the Desktop and Highlight NEW then SHORTCUT. Click on Browse then find the Drive that Windows is installed on. Scroll down to the Windows Folder then the System32 Folder and then find the file named CMD (you may see Cmd.exe) click on the name then click on OK then click on NEXT on the next screen, Type a name for the Shortcut then click on Finish. You now have a Command Prompt shortcut on your Desktop.
