How do you make a profile on this website?

2. Click on 'Create Account'
3. Fill in the Required Details
4. Click on 'Join Now'

Building Your ProfileAfter you have registered and log in to your account, click "My profile" in the blue box on the left side. Then click "Edit this page" at the top of the screen. Fill in any information you would like to include in the fields at the top of the screen and write out you profile in the text window.

If you would like to include pictures type the URL (web address) of the picture and make sure it is on a line by itself (hit "enter" before and after).

Adding the 'Wikiholic' Badge

Becoming a Member of Answers.com

Joining Answers.com is really simple, and it only takes a few minutes.

To join Answers.com, just click the "Sign Up" button in the right hand corner of the blue bar on the Answers homepage, and you can choose to sign up through Facebook, Google, Twitter, or just with an email address. If you choose to sign up with just an email address, then enter your name, your username, your password, and fill in your email address. (Note that you must have a valid email address in order to confirm your registration).

What are some of the perks of joining?

You will then have your own profile and personal message board, as well as all the perks of being a registered member of the community, such as recognition for your efforts and receiving badges and awards for your contributions. You can also turn off ads on your settings page.

Depending what page you are on as an unregistered user, you will either see Log In and Sign Up buttons in the top header, or you will see a Sign In with Facebook button on the left side of your screen. The Sign Up button in the header gives you the option of signing in with FB, Google or Twitter. Either way, follow the prompts. Read and understand the terms to which you are agreeing. It can be pretty easy to create an account on Answers.com.

First, you start off by either clicking on your name at the upper right-hand corner of the blue section, or clicking on "My profile" about halfway down that same blue section. After you click either one of those, you will be taken to your main profile page. You can then click "Edit this page" at the top next to where your name is. Once you do that, you can edit your page and choose from a variety of options that are available to you (including personal information, hobbies, occupations, and your profile layout underneath that information).

To create an account on Answers, simply go to the Answers home page (link below), and click on "Connect w/facebook." You can then create an account in one step by entering your facebook login information (email address and password).
