Well, That my friend is Illegal and goes against the rules of any manual traffic exchange. The product of a traffic exchange is sell hit credits. Therefore you will be stealing it's inventory. Also it's not fair for the advertisers that use a traffic exchange site to advertise their sites and the users that manual surf for traffic.
