Yes, there's a quite easy way to do so, but you will have to use a 3rd party app. Personally I'm using the CopyTrans apps for years now and there's one app that also lets you create iPhone contacts groups. You'll find the link below.

You have to get the Sony Ericsson Suite to copy them all into my Windows contacts. Tidied them up a bit, then synchronised with iTunes.
