I do not know yet, but first i would consider trying to cuff him with all heroes, or enter some Hero Factory Break Out Codes from the sets. Also be on the look out for blue prints in the game, one might be helpful in catching Black Phantom.
Upgrade your weapon to level 6 then destroy the crate at the right side to the other elevater then beat black phantom with giant bots instead of spider drones.
It was released in July, 2010. However, there are no Hero Factory games for consoles like XBox 360, Wii, and Ps3. The game is available online at the Lego website.(see related link)
