If your really algeric like me and the part of your body where you got bitten is swollen then follow theese steps:

1( You first have to put a anti itch cream. If you dont have one then use water. You can also use perfume which last longer than water.

2( Over night a white or yellow ''bubble'' will be created and according to how algeric you are you can get a really big bubble or a normal sized bubble.

3( Whatever you do you need to POP that bubble. The bubble is full of poison and if you dont take it out you will be visiting the doctor.

Pop that bubble as soon as you can because then the bite will be even MORE swollen.

Or If you dont like to pop it then you can do this:

Grab a nail cutter and open the bubble and sqeeze the bite so more poison comes out.

Before you do this you HAVE to have a cloth or a T shirt next to you so you can wipe the poison.

And if you do this way you WONT feel any pain.

Hope this helped :D

And if you use a anti itch cream I recommend Childrends Benadryl Anti Itch Gel.

The gel is cold and smooth so it will stop the bite when it itches and burns.

Oh and also drink Benadryl so your bite gets less swollen and it stops itching and burning.

I have little red ants that give a bad itchy bite. I put a itch cream on it and then a day or so later when the bump comes up I squeeze the venom out of it. It then dries up and quits itching. There is a insect bite cream you can find in the drugstore that works pretty well.

You can't. Put something on to stop the itching. I often squeeze out the venom.

Try applying some mud to the area. It has a cooling effect. Also, try mixing baking soda and water to make a paste which will bring the discomfort level down.

What ant bites but does not sting?

All ants are in the family Formicidae, which simply is Latin for "ants". Some ants are in a part of the Formicidae family called the subfamily Formicinae. None of the Formicinae have proper stings, but thay all bite if you bother them. Many of them produce lots of formic acid, and often will squirt it into the places that they bite. An example of an ant that does not sting is the weaver ant, which bites powerfully and squirts formic adid. There are other subfamilies though; some of them also just bite, but others, like many of the Myrmicinae will bite, but also have a powerful poisonous sting. One example is the fire ant, Solenopsis invicta. Another is the bearded harvester ant, Pogonomyrmex barbatus, which has a very poisonous sting. Other poisonous stinging ants include the subfamily Ponerinae, and the bullet ant subfamily, Paraponerinae.
