I'll show you step-by-step:
1. Get a T-shirt that's too big for you. (From michaels, or something)
2. Then put any design you want (With fabric paints, markers, or u can use your own t-shirt that already has stuff on it)
3. then get scissors and cut along both of the sides of the shirt. not too high though.
4. then cut horizontal cuts along your other cut. on both halves.
5. after you cut your horizontal thingys tie them together with the one across from it.
