How do you smooth cut glass edges from a bottle so you can drink from it?

Years ago I had a bottle cutter. They still sell them. They'll cut several different diameters. I suggest looking in a craft store. Save yourself a headache and buy the real thing. They are not to expensive and work well. I actually seen one offered on ebay.

∙ 16y agoThe best way is to smooth with a diamond hone in a lathe, you can also hone by hand, you can also use emery cloth, usually 220 grit until rounded then go to a finer grits like 320 & 400 grit. Good-Luck.
