Just tell them how you feel and if they don't like that then maybe you weren't meant to be friends to begin with. She has to be told or she will never know or learn - that isn't to say she will admit it right away but at least she will be aware of her behaviour and attitude that its just not looked highly upon.

Have you considered running for president? Oh, bummer I just remembered an appointment got to go!"
