Answer
I would not give him what he wants all the time.
Answer
I agree. Coddling a spoiled brat will not cure him. You need to lay down the law and learn to say no. If he doesn't like it, then he can move out and learn to cook and clean for himself. Don't be afraid of losing him -- that is the leverage he has on you. You need to firmly believe that you can do just fine without him. Once he's scared of losing you (instead of the other way around) you will be able to exert some control.

When your husband acts like a child around his mother it means he's a spoiled little boy and 'mama' is enabling his behavior by letting him be rude to you. Your husband is use to be coddled and spoiled by his mother and expects you to do the same thing and thus, he making a point when his mother is around and rude to you. It's time you said something to both your husband and his mother and tell him he can go live with his mother because you are not about to stay in a marriage where he is rude to you.
I sometimes "acted" spoiled, but I didn't always get what I wanted.
