There are a few things that can aid in dealing with high blood pressure. Try to limit your intake of salt and alcohol. Try to loose excess body fat as being overweight can increase blood pressure.
Excessive stress can cause an increase in blood pressure.
Avoid foods that are high in cholesterol, cholesterol can clog arteries reducing their elasticity.
Try and get a moderate amount of exercise in your daily life and avoid tobacco smoke.
If you think you have high blood pressure, you need to see your doctor prior to starting any exercise routines.
