How do you deal with parents who are narcissist and they abandoned their son as an adult because that son no longer allows that type of behavior but they keep on telling lies to others about that son?

The simple solution is, you don't... just write them off and find your own life. You won't change them and if you continue to try to deal with them, help them, change them or in any way interact with them, you will just be more frustrated and bitter.
Move on. It will be by far the best solution in the long run.
Perhaps, (but don't count on it) they will grow up and become a little more mature later in life, but for now, live your own life and allow them in ONLY ON YOUR CONDITIONS.

Even some of my own friends with children in their late teens to their 20s will make up rediculous excuses for their child's behavior. To parents whether their child is 5 - 55 that person is still the parent's child. Unless this person has had a diagnosis from a professional you are second-guessing they are a Narcissist and they could simply be a spoiled brat, selfish, inconsiderate, moody, self indulgent or a plain pain in the butt!
