== == * Every person is a racist to some degree whether they choose to admit to it or not. It is impossible for any person of any race, culture, ethnicity, religion, etc. to claim they have never indulged in a racist or bigoted thought or action. The issue is not what a person is, but what a person does. A better question might be, "Why do people waste their time responding to attacks (or perceived attacks) upon their character." If you know who you are and believe in your convictions the opinion of others is completely irrelevant. * The above is true to a point. There are racists that harm those of another culture that they don't understand, and then there are those of us that may make a comment because that person frustrates us and they happen to be of another culture. My husband and I have many friends of different cultures and find it fascinating and enlightening. I suggest you really think about what you are saying. If you are talking out loud then don't! If you think something and it's an innocent enough comment keep it to yourself. There must be a good reason people are saying this about you. If you don't try to understand a few cultures you will certainly limit yourself. Racism is bound by fear and ignorance! * Jesus said judge not lest thou be judged and by equal measure. Just tell them this. Often people who accuse are the worst offenders.

Where is the white Caucasian link They have a black voices link and now a Latino link on the front page of AOL why is it racist when its white something?

The reason it is seen as racist to some is because white people have access to news about what is going on and affecting white people around the clock(i.e. what are the opinions of white people, what are white people interested in, what are ways to deal with [insert issue here] in that of the typical white persons life, etc.) as opposed to blacks, Latinos, and those of other races who have to hear the same news though it may not be affecting their culture, community, race the same.

Are Canadians less racist than Americans?

For one, a racist is a racist and most don't judge if one is lesser racist than another because it is usually all one and the same. There is no real way to measure if a country is more racist because of the complications of racism, but the whole of either country is not racist. However, both countries have racism and both countries have denial of that very racism. So, for the ones who have to deal with the racial discrimination, it really makes no difference as to who has the most because many just want it to stop.

What does loss of hope mean?

This is in point of fact a case of loss of perception and is not a true reflection of reality. A human can be exhausted, frustrated, puzzled or worse when challenges in life cause a prolonged and intense experience of a negative nature which the party experiencing it momentarily (and that moment may be lengthy) mistakenly thinks they can not succeed in meeting with a successful outcome. The fact is, with time a human being can discover solutions to the worst of adversities. loss of hope means that u lose all hope in whatever it is youre hoping for if its something practical like u hope you get a new tv 4 chistmas or something its no big deal but to some people its a huge deal like lossing hope in youre boyfriend or youre work or youre studys to some people the word hope means more than we could ever emagine.
