There are racists that harm those of another culture that they don't understand, and then there are those of us that may make a comment because that person frustrates us and they happen to be of another culture. My husband and I have many friends of different cultures and find it fascinating and enlightening. I suggest you really think about what you are saying. If you are talking out loud then don't! If you think something and it's an innocent enough comment keep it to yourself. There must be a good reason people are saying this about you. If you don't try to understand a few cultures you will certainly limit yourself. Racism is bound by fear and ignorance! * Jesus said judge not lest thou be judged and by equal measure. Just tell them this. Often people who accuse are the worst offenders.
