Your property manager's relationship with you, if you are an owner, is generally through your board of directors.
However, if you have an emergency or a maintenance matter, or another matter that you want to be addressed, you can contact your property manager directly.
When you contact the property manager, it's also a good idea to include the full board of directors in your communication, so that all involved are aware that there is an issue requiring resolution.
As an owner in good standing, you are entitled to answers, remedies and treatment that is civil, timely and appropriate. Why? Because you are a voting shareholder in the association, which pays the property manager's fee.
