How do you catch ratman on super power island?

Ratman is hiding in the sewer with his loyal rats and stinging flies. To defeat him, you have to get past them.

The procedure :

1. Find Ratman in the sewer. Enter the public restrooms near the park. Go down into the drain.
2. Go left and lower the water level at the control valve (red wheel). Go to the right and raise the water with the second red wheel (if you miss it, use the third red wheel at far right, which also raises the level a bit). Swim past the pipe at left to reach the control room door.
3. When you find Ratman, go to the right and jump past his rats to reach the upper red control wheel. This will dump sludge on Ratman and disturb the flies.
4. Dodge the flies and jump up left (onto the large pipe). Then jump over to Ratman and knock him out.
5. Arrest him with the special Anti Power Handcuffs.

Defeating the Super-Villains on Super Power Island

Copycat - At the Bank, you will find that Copycat has broken into the bank vault. When you attempt to stop her, she splits into 10 copies of herself (one is the real one) and runs off. She sets off a smoke bomb to hinder your pursuit. You have to "tag" each of her 10 forms before the smoke fills the bank. There will be 5 copies downstairs and 5 upstairs, and you have to take the slow elevator. Catch the first copy above the bank vault door before pursuing the others. Then hit the next 2 first- floor copies, and NOW push the call button for the elevator. While it is coming, jump on the counter and overhead light to tag the last two there. Take the elevator upstairs and leap out before it reaches the second floor. The other 5 copies can be tagged, and the last one is the real Copycat. Handcuff her and you will be transported back to the Prison. You will receive a sticker on your ID saying you've beaten her.

Speeding Spike - Go past the skyscraper because you cannot pursue Betty Jetty without being able to fly. Go to the Subway, where Speeding Spike has hijacked a subway train. He will run into you and knock you around. But if you jump over him enough for him to get mad and "blow his top", he can't control where he stops. When you see him red-faced, get him running toward you to the left. Jump and he will overshoot into the next subway car. Repeat this until he hits the wet floor and slips. Handcuff him. You will be back at the Prison to get another sticker.

Sir Rebral - Sir Rebral is using his new mind power to wreck the statues in City Park, and will hit you with rocks. If you jump near him, he will be hit himself, get mad, and attack you by pulling up chunks of the ground. There is a large, loose rock on the ground by the restrooms. Place it so that it hits Sir Rebral when the ground pops it up. (The best place is a little to the right of directly under him.) Cuff him. (You get your ID sticker at the Prison.)

Ratman - At the Restroom at City Park, you will go down into the sewer where Ratman is hiding with his pet rats and stinging flies. Go left and find the red water-control wheel. This will lower the water until you can see another red wheel, to the right, which will raise the level again. Now you can swim over to the left side where the Sewer Door is. Entering the room, go on the right side. Jump over the biting rats to find the red wheel that drains sludge onto Ratman. Then avoid the flies to jump back to him and cuff him. (You get your ID sticker at the Prison.)

Crusher - Go all the way right to the Junkyard. Crusher is pounding the ground, and throwing barrels. The pounding knocks you down, so you have to jump up while the ground shakes, on a regular time interval. Go to the far right, then left until you reach the lower barrel. From there you can jump over Crusher and climb up to the cab of the Magnetic Crane. The first time, you shut it off using the switch. This drops the fridge on Crusher and he starts throwing barrels. Repeat your earlier jumping and avoid the barrels when he throws them. The second time you turn the magnet back on : it draws the metal plate he's standing on and "flattens" him. Cuff him and get your ID sticker.
After defeating the first five supervillains, you will receive your flying power. (Answer the ringing phone at the Phone Booth.)

Betty Jetty - Go right to the cordoned-off skyscraper. Fly to the highest ledge and go up. Betty Jetty will taunt you and you fly after her. Don't get hit with her power-stealing energy balls. After 5 hits you will fall, and have to start the pursuit over. When you get close enough (after about six groups of balls), knock her from the sky. She is not defeated yet! But Ned Noodlehead "saves the day", and gets your Medallion!

Ned Noodlehead - (Sidekick, not a villain. Get a hot dog and bring it to his comic book store.)

Copycat has blasted open the bank vault. When you arrive, she splits into 10 copies and runs to different areas of the bank. She sets off a smoke bomb, also. You have to catch all 10 copies (5 downstairs and 5 upstairs) before the smoke becomes too thick to see.

The keys to beating her are 1) get the closest copy first, and 2) call for the slow elevator before you actually need it.

Jump up on the bank vault door and catch the copy perched above it. Then jump down and hit two more as you move right. Call the elevator before getting the next two (on the counter and an overhead light). Get on the elevator, but jump out before it reaches the top, and subdue the 5 copies on the second floor. The last one will be the real Copycat. Knock her down and cuff her. (You will be back at the prison and get a sticker for your ID card.)

Answer 6

Defeating Ratman is not very easy. Once you have found him, make sure you avoid him and his friends and climb up the pipe near the entrance door. You will see a red wheel - activating it will release water on Ratman. This will also make the mosquitoes very angry and when he gets stung, make sure you go to him and handcuff him as well.

Answer 7

The super-villain is named Sir Rebral ("cerebral"), and can now move physical objects with his mind. He will throw rocks at you when you confront him in City Park.

How to Defeat Sir Rebral :

Sir Rebral will throw rocks at you with his mind power. Make him hit himself with one (jump up near him while a rock's coming at you). He will get mad and begin yanking up chunks of the ground to hit you. Slide the rock from the right side (near the restroom) over toward him, just a bit right of directly under him (between the base and the bench). When he yanks up the ground, the rock will hit him.

Cuff him and you will get credit on your Superhero ID.
