∙ 12y agoAfter many calls to AOL trying to cancel my account, I had to threaten to commit suicide if they did not cancel. They will promise you ANYTHING to get you to stay. Then you have to go to your "uninstall" found in you Control Panel and click on AOL then click "uninstall".

∙ 12y agoTo cancel AOL, call their helpline at 1-888-265-6308. They should be able to help and guide you. Keep in mind that they might charge you for calling.For any more questions, visit the AOL FAQ page and that should help as well.

Enter your security question and answer the questions in order to delete.

∙ 15y agoTry right clicking on the folder. There shield be a menu that pops up. On the menu is a DUMP FOLDER button. Click on that and it instantly deletes everything in that folder.
