If you're a mac user:
1. Login to an admin account
2. Right click or control+CLICK on the folder you want to delete
3. Select "Get Info"
4. Click on the lock icon in the lower right corner
5. Type in your password
6. Back at the "Get Info" panel Click on the "+" button
7. Add yourself as a user
You can now delete the folder.
