you need to go to your browser, not google site. click onto the name of browser i.e. safari and you can do two things, first you can set your safari or other browser to private browsing, then you can reset it altogether. just hit reset safari and it will clear all cookies. then go to google and try typing in a letter to see if the list comes down again. it should be gone.
